Main responsibilities

• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients.
• Regular communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve client goals.
• Identifying and pursuing up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensuring timely renewal of contracts.
• Driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Providing training and support to clients as needed.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Valued skills

·Higher education in Business, Marketing, Economics or other relevant areas to the role;

·At least 3 years of Professional experience as Sales Representative in the Technological Market area;

·Strong motivation for business development within the scope of Cloud technologies;

·Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills;

·Understanding of the sales process and dynamics;

·A commitment to excellent customer service;

·Relationship management skills and openness to feedback;

·Highly self-motivated, passionate with team management and leadership.

Language Skills

·Fluent in English (spoken and written).

·We value other language knowledge like Spanish, French and/or Dutch (spoken and written).
